I am trying to add an Amazon.com store to my website.

I have used the code for embedding the store as an inline frame. When I do this, part of the store page is cut off when I preview the page. I am guessing that it is because I have widgets on my own page, so the Amazon store page doesn’t have enough room for the widgets it uses?

Any fixes for this problem, or should I not use the Amazon widgets?

    THANKS!!

    Marcia

  • Hi Marcia. Can you provide us an example page that shows the issue on your site? I’m not sure how familiar you are with html, but have you tried adjusting the iframe width so it displays properly on your site?

Hi Brad. Thanks for your response. Here is the link for the page preview of how it looks:

I have only a very basic level of skill with HTML. But, here is what the code that Amazon provided to embed:

    <iframe src=”http://astore.amazon.com/mdtchrysalis-20″ width=”90%” height=”4000″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe>

Would I change the number where it has “width=” to change the width?

    THANKS!!

Here is the link to the preview page from my website:

    I GOT IT FIXED!!

I came across another thread for removing the side bar on that one page.

@brad, then played around with the width until I got it fixed!!

    THANK YOU!!

None of the links you provided are working for me, but after looking at the code you provided, you can try updating the width as such:

This will set the width to 500px
    <iframe src="http://astore.amazon.com/mdtchrysalis-20" width="500" height="4000" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

This will set the width to 400px
    <iframe src="http://astore.amazon.com/mdtchrysalis-20" width="400" height="4000" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

You could also do the same with the height. A height of 4000 is big!
