# Amazon SES Setup

 * Hello
    I know this is not strictly a WordPress issue but just asking if anyone
   has any ideas?
 * I am setting up Amazon SES email through the Rapid Mail plugin but when I go 
   to test an email I get the following error message.
 * **The following From address failed: [info@itsjustlife.co.uk](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/amazon-ses-setup/info@itsjustlife.co.uk?output_format=md):
   Called Mail() without being connected**
 * Both my site and 2 email addresses have been validated by Amazon SES, even after
   I removed the above address [info@itsjustlife.co.uk](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/amazon-ses-setup/info@itsjustlife.co.uk?output_format=md)
   from the Amazon SES list I still received the same error message.
 * I know it is probably something simple but has anyone any ideas/experience with
   this.
