# AMAZON PAYMENT GATEWAY

 * Hello I looked at your [https://easydigitaldownloads.com/downloads/category/extensions/gateways/](https://easydigitaldownloads.com/downloads/category/extensions/gateways/)
   but see that you dont have [https://pay.amazon.com/us](https://pay.amazon.com/us)
   as an option?
 * My issues is that paypal have recently changed their business structure for the
   worse, in that there is no more Paypal Pro, Express or Advanced.
 * (Getting hold of any form of customer service there has been a 4 day nightmare
   on its own!)
 * Now, its either PERSONAL [https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/personal](https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/personal)
   or BUSINESS [https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/merchant](https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/merchant).
 * Nothing else or in between.
 * The issue with being a freelancer or someone wanting to sell an ebook or digital
   download, is that you now need to provide all formal registered business documentation
   and forms, in order to sell on paypal. If you are just a freelancer without an
   official business, you are out of luck.
 * Paypal is no longer a platform where anyone can just sell items. You need to 
   have a registered business to do so!

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

 * We actually do support Amazon Pay. It’s included in the main Easy Digital Downloads
   plugin free of charge.
