Here is the error I’m getting. Amazon user, address and credit information populate correctly. It’s only recently when hitting the PLACE ORDER, does it fail to provide the RED EXCLAMATION MARK (not helpful).

    Hey @wordpresspwr ,

    the issue on the log:

    <ConstraintID>AmountNotSet</ConstraintID>
<Description>The seller has not set the amount for the Order Reference.</Description>

is a known issue that not affects transactions or orders.

try to disable all plugins except “Woocommerce” “Amazon pay”. If the issue still there, then change theme to “Twenty twenty” or “Storefront”.

Most of the issues are related to some plugins/theme that are conflicting with “Amazon Pay”.

But first we need to find where is the problem.

    Best,
    Christian

Since we haven’t heard back from the OP in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
