Sorry for the late reply. The URL you shared does not seem right. The correct URL when adding a new download is of this format “wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=dlm_download”.

You earlier mentioned that you have version 1.9.5 installed but from the list, you shared it seems you have 3.3.6.2 installed. A year ago we had done major code change and started the version number from 1.0. You will need to migrate the data using our “DLM Legacy Importer Plugin” and then install the new version of our plugin.
