Hi. I’m participating in the amazon affiliate program. I just copied the url and linked it to my word in the post. When I click on the linked word, this error message shows up:

    404 Error: Not found
The page you trying to reach does not exist, or has been moved. Please use the menus or the search box to find what you are looking for

What am I doing wrong? I’ve made sure the url is correct several times.

Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

Oh, sorry! Here is a link to my example. I made it easy by creating the first word, “If” as the linked text for you. When you click “If”, it should connect you to a child’s toy on Amazon.

You’re trying to put iframe code in a link – which is never going to work. You need a direct link from the amazon affiliate program – not the code for an iframe.

Thanks! I changed the link by copying the url directly and adding my associates ID. However, when I click on it, I am taken to my personal Amazon account. Is that because my computer recognizes it, or have I linked people to my personal account? Below is the post. I’ve changed the link to the second word, “you”.

That links takes me to a product called “Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Happy Handle Stamp Set” on amazon.

Ok, good! I’m getting somewhere (thanks to you!). Is the product under my Amazon account or do you have opportunity to sign in under your own account name?

There’s a clear account login option on the page. I’m definitely not seeing the product under your account.
