Amazon Associates – Native Shopping Ads Problem

Hi,
Amazon Associates Native shopping ads are not running. script is as follow:

I added //z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/onejs?MarketPlace=US and onejs to JS Exclude list but no success. If I disable JS settings –> JS Combine it works fine. But I don’t want to disable JS Combine. Do you have any idea?
