Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly value all feedback, even when it’s critical.
However, we’d like to respectfully clarify a few points. Everything demonstrated in our demo is achievable with the actual product, and there were no features shown in the demo that do not exist in the live version.
The concern you raised was related to a feature request that has not been part of our product from the beginning. As clearly stated in our “refund policy”, we’re unable to offer refunds for missing or requested features that were never advertised or included.
We also always encourage users to reach out to our team before purchase if they have any specific requirements, we’re happy to clarify capabilities upfront. We understand your frustration, but leaving a one-star review solely due to a feature request that was never promised feels unfair to our team and the community that relies on honest feedback.
