Amazing Theme – archive pages

I am using the Amazing theme. I a problem that I hope someone can help me with:

– the appearance of the category and archive pages. See: http://blog.sleepinginairports.com/category/airport-photos/
On each post there is an automatic break and a “continue reading” link. This is a problem, since most of my entries include images or video. It would be nice if it would just show the post in its entirety without the break. What can I do to fix this?
