I have had a difficult experience on WordPress. I’m not tech savvy or knowledgeable in the least. I found that the shop building plugins that I had been using were not sufficiently meeting my needs with wishlist and other demands. Because I spend many hours researching what plugins to use, I came across MoreConverts and went through their website thoroughly. After I reached out, I explained my needs, downloaded the plugin, and received help the way you just don’t find with third party plugin providers.
This is a highly customizable plugin. I have a niche website and they helped me sort it to my needs. I would also recommend their upcoming plugin “messages” which is an admin to customer/customer to admin messaging service which bypasses the customary emailing system we’re all used to for a cleaner, more direct line of communication. It satisfies the urgency for an instant response if your client feels compelled to get a hold of you for a specific need in a safe place outside of social media which can sometimes feel more invasive.
Their Dev team is flexible and attentive, too.
In addition to which, when I purchased the wrong package, I reached out to say “I did a thing! Halp!” it was no problem, they refunded the portion and initialized the correct license. I had mistakenly purchased 5 websites and only wanted one website, they fixed it in a hitch, less than 12 hours.
It has been such a refreshing change, and such a pleasure working with the group at MoreConvert. They have been patient, kind and very, very helpful. Their product is solid and highly customizable.
I have two favourite aspects: The first is that wishlists are accessible in multiple forms, tabbed pages and mini pages so that customers are always focused on what they love and what they want to continue adding to the pieces that they love. The second is the idea of a multilist. I love the idea of the creation of a “Christmas” list, “Birthday” list, etc and being able to brand that into a loyalty program. This is where their Dev team shows up.
The pop up modals are very tidy and not over bearing and are, of course, customizable too.
For my own site, I made my own buttons for my product page template for uniformity and simplicity because too many plugins- everyone is fighting for their place beside the add to cart button. In order to help see it through, a team member assisted me to ensure it was perfect (and it absolutely is!). From these buttons, customers now have access to a wishlist, a multilist and a waitlist for each product which can be customized on the back end. The elementor widgets are excellent and valuable too.
I hope you use and enjoy this plugin as much as I am! I am looking forward to see what else is to come from this amazing crew!
