• I purchased the business version, and found it to be very easy to use and set up. I didn’t realise that the booking app was for a fixed timezone, and since I am based abroad and my clients are in the US and UK, the product didn’t work for me. As a booking system though it’s full of features and if I was using it for booking my local business or hotel, this would be a great option. I emailed support to ask for a refund since I wouldn’t be using it (they have a 14 day refund policy), and within a few hours they responded and returned the money to me. Amazing support and I just wish I could find a way to use this plugin for my business. Highly recommended.

    Thank you for the review! However, our plugin is not designed for a fixed timezone, it should work for all timezones.

    A timezone issue could indicate a problem with your site, it’s possible that your theme or a different plugin is overwriting your timezone settings, causing issues in other places. You can check this in WP Admin -> Tools -> Site Health.

    I spoke with my colleagues and we don’t recall any support tickets mentioning your issue. So if you want to give our plugin another try, please reply to your existing support ticket or open a new one mentioning this thread here 🙂
