Amazing Support!

Alex Coleman seems to always go above and beyond when assisting with my tickets! I will admit, it took a while to get assistance because I was asking for custom-code assistance with an extension I was trying to work out with one of the paid add-ons which required the developers input, but after working that part out, Alex spent quite a considerable amount of time troubleshooting another connected issue and kept me in the loop the whole time including photos and video of what was going on, even working through some of my other custom code to try to spot out other potential problems. This type of service is above and beyond many other support teams where I have gotten messages like “we do not assist with custom code at all.” So, thank you so much Alex!
