I wasn’t sure about this when I purchased it, as I’ve had so many bad experiences with plugin developers. I filed a support ticket about a bug I found, and it was fixed within a couple of hours, the developer sending me a patched version.
I came across several other things that either needed adjusting or features my clients would want that weren’t there yet. Within a few days, they released a new version with all my requests implemented. Best support I’ve found for a plugin yet.
