• Had an issue with the plugin (which was my fault) due to some settings that I had changed at MC end.

    Adam was EXTREMELY helpful and spent around 2 hours with me on live chat ensuring the issue was fixed and then retrospectively updating tags on products that had been lost due to the error.

    Adam saved me a LOT of time and effort adding tags manually and his support was second to none.

    Aside from the support the plugin itself is great for managing subscribers and categorising with tags etc….
