Amazing Support!

I had an unusual issue with the plugin. After clicking the button to submit a form or send a test email, the page would not progress any further. The test email and form submission is received, but the Email Logs were blank.

Ibrahim guided me with clear instructions and provided valueable details and insights into my issues. Finally discovered the issue was with the hosting company where the PDO PHP extension had to be enabled at a server level. Changing the PHP extension settings from within the hosting cPanel did not work.

After the PDO extension was enabled on the hosting server, FluentSMTP started working normally and the Email Logs was also working.

Throughout the troubleshooting process with Ibrahim, never did he once push the blame on the hosting, nor did he try to refer me to anyone else. He helped troubleshoot the issue with me by using logs and giving clear instructions to gather more details when needed. And his responses were well though out and relevant, which indicated he read and understood my messages.

I am pleasantly surpised at the level of support for a free plugin, Well done FluentSMTP team, and thank you Ibrahim for your top tier support! I highly recommend FluentSMTP!
