I wasnt sure about purchasing the premium version of SiteOrigin at first, I was motivated by the added features and widgets available. But after experiencing their email priority support feature, I now know it was money well spent. I’ve had a lot of CSS issues with my theme/site of late (partly my fault & designer helping me build it). There were things I wanted to customise that I simply could not, like make the masthead background transparent, make certain titles bold, create no margins around widgets, and just when things were not working out in the backend. So, I would email Alex S and his response time in getting back to me with all the right answers, with the correct Custom CSS code to input into my site, and this would fix it all. I must of fired 30 questions at this poor bloke within a few days, each and every enquiry he got back to me within the hour. Awesome support Alex and SiteOrigin team.
