  • i had a problem that all my dates showed in the edit event view the same start and end date – regardless of the real date of the event which was stored correctly.
    Jamie from the support told me irrelevant stuff- clear your cache. flush permalinks, switch template – while the problem obviously was the display of time.
    when i went to the display settings – for some reason the display of a month and day view was incorrect and set to 2F – thatws why all the dates showed the same day.
    such an easy and simple solution and should be the first thing to check if she had just listened to the problem.
    i had spent 3 days of conversations – and felt so hopeless. when you buy a plugin – you want real tech support and not some high school kids that repeats banal stuff like flush your cache.
    the plugin is great and highly recommended but the support I’ve experienced was just terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    thank god i resolved it – i think it’s a waste of time to pay for their support in the future.

    Realmente estoy pasando por lo mismo, el soporte es horrible, responden 1 día después para detallar pasos que no van al caso, todas las preguntas que he realizado me ha tocado a mí mismo responderlas, si esperan un soporte real, jamás compren este plugin.
