Amazing Form But Sumission Always Went Spam Folder

    This plugin is awesome.
    But all form submissions always went into recipient email’s Spam folder.
    I tried using the plugin to another website installation and the issue persist.
    Will appreaciate your advice in this issue.

    Thanks for using Caldera Forms and for the 5 star review.

    If you don’t have your domain properly setup (DKIM and SPF records) most email apps are going to mark a message sent from WordPress as spam.

    I strongly recommend using a third party email service and setting up DKIM and SPF records properly for that service. I use the SendGrid plugin on our site. Took about 10 minutes to setup, costs $0/month and my spam rate for Caldera Forms, Easy Digital Downloads and WordPress emails is 0.

    How can I create a free account with SendGrid? I don’t see that plan, does they still have it?
