AMAZING

First of all, I have no idea where this company is based, but my time – it’s late! haha It’s like 11 PM on a Friday night. Not many companies offer the option to even speak to a human representative, let alone during “after hours.” I mean, has anyone tried contacting Facebook before!? Haha that’s a joke.

OK – so furthermore, I worked with Nicole L. tonight and she was AMAZING! I’m sure she was a little annoyed with how many questions I had, I had a lot. However, she was very kind, patient, and very helpful! She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and I now feel satisfied enough to be able to take the info she provided – and present some options to my boss.

I really appreciate all the hard work from everyone working within this company. Customer service is not an easy job – and for someone like Nicole to continuously stay positive throughout a request like mine, is very humbling.
