Support (Miles!) responded very quickly to my help request, and then followed up by email and Zoom to suss out the situation. These people really, really care about their plugin working! It turns out that the issue is with Big Sur/Mac OS 11.3.1 and Apple’s unique configuration of PHP/no ZipArchive.
But that did not stop Miles!
He uploaded my site manually, and, at the same time, he answered my questions about how to do it myself.
Honestly – great support. I got my site uploaded. I know how to do it for site updates. That is what I was looking for through this plugin. That’s what I got.
And, the folks at Transferito are already figuring out how to fix the Apple/PHP/no ZipArchive situation.
