# Am I using it wrong?

 * Hello, I recently uploaded redis to my server and installed your plugin, everything
   seemed fine at first, but I realized that after a certain period of time, I saw
   that the plugin was constantly disconnecting, this is not correct I guess?
   Also,
   is there an extra setting I need to make? because my website actually got slow

 * Normally, the status here shows as connected, but after a few hours it says no
   connection.

 * I disabled the plugin, I turned it back on for you and restarted redis from docker,
   everything seems to be connected now, but believe me, after 1 hour, the connection
   will be lost and the site will be incredibly slow.

   diagnostics.
