    Hello,

    I bought your pro pack for 5 sites. However when I signed in to my account, I can not see license key. It looks like, I didn’t pay. I need to see amount that I paid and I need to see my license key in lifetime, don’t I?

    Something is wrong on your system. I wrote to support chat on your website but as I see you are offline more than 2 days.

    Please let me know when you fix the problem on my account immediately.

    I already have an account. I can sign in to your system. I have installed wp-sms-pro is installed on my WordPress.

    The problem is, when I signed in to YOUR system, I can not see my license key. My order number is #15738.

    Also, my download page is empty.

    Sorry for the problem, we had a migration on our sales system and that cause this issues for some customers, not the problem has been fixed for your account.
