Am I missing something very simple?

I have carefully and step by step created a product.

Added a Name, Added a $1 Regular Price, Published (or Save Draft).
Then clicked CPO Builder. Added a ROW, Added a Select option (Widget), Added 3 SubOptions (Black/black/12.50) (Red/red/11.25) (Green/green/9.60). Saving (and to DB) all the way along. Then Save Content. Successful so far.

Then View Saved Content – and there is no Select option at all.

I have now tried this on a Local dev environment (fresh WordPress, WooCommerce and Uni CPO, nothing else!) and a Hosted environment. All the same.

Am I missing the point? Did I do something wrong?
