The plugin seems to work for variable products, on the front-end, on single product page, when I select a variant from the list, the available stock is correctly displayed. However for non-variable products, it always shows in stock (even if inventory is set to 0 for them), but a warning is displayed when I try to add to cart stating there are not enough products in stock.

    What I did:
    1. I installed ATUM over existing shop with variable and non-variable products with stock already put in for most products
    2. Clicked both buttons in ATUM’s [Tools] section:
2.1 – Update the WooCommerce’s manage stock at product level for all the products at once. [set to Manage Stock]
2.2 – Update the ATUM’s stock control option for all the products at once. [set to Control Stock]
If I set 2.1 to [Unmanage Stock], no stock information is displayed on product page and I can add it to basket even if stock is 0.
I noticed that if I open the product in edit mode and click save (without changing anything), the correct information is displayed (Out of stock) in the single product page.
It seems to me the stock information is not properly initialized (although if I enter in edit mode [Manage Stock] is checked at product level, and inventory is set to 0, so the information is there, it just needs a save).
Unfortunately I have over 2000 products. Manually performing a save on all of them is a tedious job. Before I recommend such a thing from my customer I’d like to know if this behavior is documented and there is a solution.
