Support » Plugin: Polylang » always show lang prefix (

  • Resolved petergus

wondering if it’s a setting i missed or how it works.
i see the the /en or /de on the from page but going to a sub page only shows the page name.
i think its considered good SEO to always have the /lang in the url so wondering how could i enable this??

IMHO, it does not matter for SEO. Monolingual sites don’t add the language code in urls. You can check “The language code, for example /en/, is added to all urls when using pretty permalinks” in language settings if you prefer to have it.

oh yes, i was missing it, thanks!
ya, you may be right. SEO might be more based on .de or .com extentions
