After the free theme is installed I click on activate button and it keep the same message and it dosent alow me to use it. Why. Pls help

This happened with a free theme from the WP Themes Directory?

Try reinstalling the theme to see if that clears up the issue. I also did find this in a search but it was posted a year ago: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/cheatin-uh?replies=39

What happens if you momentarily switched to the WP TWENTY TWELVE default theme with the PLUGINS FOLDER RESET?

I found the problem. I had to use a different ftp log in and password. 5his waa controlled in general settings.
