I have 5 video popups on the same page, each one with its Youtube link, but when I click on any of them, it always displays the same video, it doesn’t change despite having a different URL.

The way the shortcodes look like if multiple videos are used is slightly different from the regular shortcode. You will find a detailed explanation here – https://wp-video-popup.com/docs/pro/.
