Restrict Content Pro has an extension to setup memberships with wp job manager posting limits per period, say your membership is for 90 days enter a limit of job postings in that time. Just another way to sell job posting ability.

The WP Job Manager – Applications extension has both those options built in registered only/redirects to default wp login. I use a few that come with the core bundle and a premium field editor one.
If I don’t have neither Stripe nor Paypal accounts, how can I get payments? WC Paid Listings solves this problem?
