    Add this line to redi-restaurant-reservations/templates/admin.php
    line 154

    <option value=”10″ <?php if ($alternativeTimeStep == 10):?>selected=”selected” <?php endif;?>><?php printf(__(‘%d min’, ‘redi-restaurant-reservation’), 10);?></option>
