# Alternative plugins for Twitme?

 * Can anyone suggest an alternative to using Twitme? When I first downloaded the
   plugin, it did exactly what I want. When I posted a blog entry, it sent out a
   tweet. But recent updated have crippled it for me. One update- still sent out
   tweets, but always showed me an error. Then the next update seemed to add a bunch
   of twitter functionality, but it is no longer working for me. It continually 
   tells me there are 4 messages that are waiting to be sent. Even if I click the
   button to send them, the message doesn’t change. My twitter acct info is properly
   entered.
 * I don’t really need all the new stuff that this plugin has added. I just want
   a reliable way to alert my twitter followers when I have added a blog entry.
