 * Is it possible to give alternatives fields to the form? E.g. I would like the
   user to fill in either the e-mail or the phone number field. If none of them 
   completed, he receives an error message? If any of them completed, CF7 accepts
   it.

 * This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing
   but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/
   or jQuery.
