 * Is it possible to allow another editor (WPBakery from the theme) rather than 
   just a visual/text editor? I am able to create another page using the WPBakery
   editor and then copy/paste, but this isn’t ideal for a large number of profiles
   as it ends up just being code and difficult to edit manually.
 * Is there a way to enable the theme editor as well?
