 * My Twenty Ten child theme has an option to switch between different layouts, 
   which are basically just different loop files. I want to show the featured image
   after clicking a post with one style, but not with another.
 * If I edit the single.php to show the thumbnail, it will show it for all layouts.
 * Is there anyway I can specify a loop.php to use an specific single.php?
