Support » Plugin: Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced) » Alternate Link Dialog Box Broken

  • Hello,

We are using TinyMCE Advanced for our News Site, smcorridornews.com. Lately, we’ve been experiencing an issue with the Alternate Link Dialog box in the visual editor. Every time we change Rel to nofollow and hit update, and reopen the box, the Rel is set to none. The HTML shows rel: nofollow in the text editor, but it doesn’t show it in the dialog box. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t affecting Google. For whatever reason, like the dialog box, Google isn’t registering the Nofollow setting. The issue started about the same time TinyMCE Advanced and WordPress were last updated. Or at least, that’s when we noticed it. We’ve tried uninstalling TinyMCE Advanced, Clearing the Caches and Reinstalling the plugin. We’ve tested Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and it does not appear to be a browser issue. We’ve tried clearing our own browser history.
