 * 1)When users fail to complete the fields in a shortcode form they get the following
   message:
 * “Form could not be submitted. Please make sure you have entered your information
   properly.”
 * Can I alter this message so it also tells them to “scroll up and look for highlighted
   boxes” ?
 * 2)Also when a user who has already registered reenters their email address to
send a new message they get the error message:
 * “This User Email belongs to a registered user, please login.”
 * I do not want users to need passwords or logins, so can I change this to:
 * “You have already registered, please contact us via email.”
