Can you post a link to a page so I can better understand what you’re referring to? The plugin picks the post title as description for the post/page.

If you click the Pinterest button it comes up “Cash pay, urgent care or use insurance” as the pin description, which is the same as the pin title. I have an alt-text that is normally pulled that talks about if you have a high deductible, this is the post for you blah, blah….
I see what you mean now. Unfortunately this is not possible right now but I might add some means of achieving this in the future, it would involve using a custom field though, as picking alt text from images within the post is not extremely reliable.
