Hi! I use rank match for SEO and it has a function to add ALT to images in the product card. Unfortunately, your plugin does not have ALT markup, in the original version of the product card without the plugin, the ALT function works fine.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Upon receiving your report, we conducted a thorough investigation and confirmed that the ALT text is functioning correctly for images in the default gallery but not for variation images. We have documented the issue and will address it in the next plugin update.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on resolving this.

    Thank you.

Hi. Thanks. I have installed the update on several of my sites, but there is no compatibility with Rank Math. I do not have ALT titles in the images themselves, I use a common template in Rank Math itself. The format of the Alt attribute. For example: %title% In this case, there is no ALT for images.

    Hello @developerandmarketing,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We can confirm that the ALT text is displaying correctly within the WooGallery plugin. Based on our findings, the issue appears to be related to Rank Math’s handling of ALT attributes.

To assist you further, could you please share a couple of screenshots highlighting exactly where the ALT text is missing? This will help us better understand the situation and provide a more accurate solution.

    We appreciate your cooperation.

    Hi, @pulak00
Yes ALT for images works if the image itself in the “File Library” has a filled “alt attribute”.
But I have more than 1000 product images in the library, and they do not have a filled “alt attribute” item, so I use ALT generation from Rank Math.

Here’s how this feature works in Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/set-alt-and-title-attributes-for-images/#enable-add-missing-alt-attributes
