The alt attribute is not being applied to the image when it is inserted through the AdRotate Banner Manager. Although the alt text is correctly added in the media library, AdRotate does not include it in the final rendered HTML. Because of this, the alt attribute is missing on the frontend, and the CEO is concerned that the lack of alt text is negatively affecting the site’s SEO performance. test in https://pagespeed.web.dev/

AdRotate only gets the filename from the media library yes.
    It won’t affect SEO.

    Hi,
I would like to report that the image alt attribute is not being included when a banner is inserted through the AdRotate Banner Manager. Because of this, the SEO tool is flagging the issue and the website is not reaching 100% validation after publishing the banner. The system keeps indicating that the image alt attribute needs to be fixed.

Anything you put in the alt or title tag will be caught by ad blockers and cause other problems.
But if you really want that 100% you can always add your own alt and title tag to the adcode.

The ALT tag is also critical for Accessibility (ADA on the US).

@p42webdev Ok… If you need it, simply add the alt tag to your adverts. But the image picker picks images, nothing else.
