    on a single event page i use post en overwrite design checked yes
    als is working great but somehow the event is also displayed in the sidebar at the bottom. Dont want that obviously.
    in the sidebar i have two widgets. One with al the future events en one for a random post from one category

    How can i stop the event from displaying also in the sidebar?

    in fact the event in sidebar is placed instead of random text in the widget made with this code: [random-post category_name=”Spotlight op” numberposts=”1″]

    solved it by using a different random post widget, so it was not an event manager problem after all
