Already Installed (Loop)

    Hi All,
    Re-installed WordPress and keep getting the following message when I log in:
    “Already Installed
    You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.”

    I clear the tables and start the login again and I end up back at the same error. (9 times now)

    Have done the following:
    Deleted the database
    Cleared the database
    Copied a fresh copy of wordpress to the server
    And Stressed out!

    Has anyone got any Ideas?
