Alphabetical search and NO Image list Product view

I need our site have the same setup in Products display and search function as this below page please?

If possible we need just some of the categories of with certain products to display like this. So not a sitewide product change just under the categories with single products please

Since all the products in that category looks the same, so no need for the thumbnail images or pricing. Just a plain list that links to the product page.

Is there any plug-in to achieve this please? I looked at this and it looks almost what I want but it only does the alphabet bit at the top but I dont think it does the list view.

I was thinking of getting this plugin and then do my own editing in code to get what I want with product list view. Any help will be appreciated
