    Hello,

    Other question: I have the PRO version and I am using [starbox orderby=”name” order=”asc” id=”user1,user2,user3] as the code. However: the authors are orders by date of creation and not alphabetically. How can I solve this?

    I do have a second problem, that is that in the tab “latest post”, the link to “see all” is missing. How can I have this back, as I want to promote all the articles of my authors?

    Hi,

    Can you please tell me which version of the plugin you have installed?

    Did you downloaded and installed the PRO version and removed the Free version?

    Please make sure you add the shortcode like:

    [starbox id="all" orderby="name" order="asc"]

    It’s a difference between ” and ".

    Hello Calin,

    Thanks for your help already. The (first) problem was indeed with the “…”, so it is solved. I am using the PRO version that I downloaded from my profile on https://starbox.squirrly.co/. Version 1.6.5.

    I have still second issue that remains: at the “latest posts” tab, the url “see all” isn’t displayed. This is annoying as readers should have the chance to discover all the posts of the authors. How to solve?

    PS: I translated the terms with Loco Translate
