Long story short...
-Had to change a clients wordpress from one database / folder / domain to another
-Exported the sql / wordpress
-Brought everything over and rebuilt the structure of the site
-Some of the file structure was set up oddly (I didn't do the original database / folder / domain set up myself
-Went ahead and started from scratch with out xfering the sql export to the new database
-Imported the theme again which had custom css / html built in
-Now having some final issues after getting the photos relinked, the about / contact page fixed etc etc.
First problem: The About / Contact pages are actual pages in the panel. The Galleries are Categories. The Pictures are Posts with Categories set so they post the the appropriate Gallery. I can't get the About / Contact page to work at the same time as the as the gallery categories. What I was able to do though is change the permalink structure to custom and the About / Contact Pages started working. But then the Galleries broke... When I brought it back to normal the Galleries worked again and the About / Contact broke...
I know I could just go into the CSS and link them directly to the about / contact page but wanted to know if something was set up wrong. I'd rather fix the issue at the source instead of writing a work around into the code.
Also to note this is what pops up

+More information on this error
Below is the original error message
Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.
Second Issue which is really important: The site owner had a special code written for the site to show buttons under the pictures for clicking through them on the galleries page. They are though not showing up on the new site. I'm pretty sure they did when I was playing with the CSS / html, but now they are gone. I ripped the entire FTP down so I know the code is in there somewhere.
If anymore information is needed please let me know.
Sleep Level: Small!
Thanks a lot guys. And to those who tossed me a bone last night while grinding this issue.
