Allowing Contributers To Only Post To One Category

    I’d like to allow people to sign up and add blog posts to one category but they only go into draft mode, then I can pick and choose the best to be shown on the main site, however I don’t want them seeing the full category structure of my site, i only want them to be able to see the “user written posts” catagory
