I was wondering if anyone knew how to allow contributes (or any other role for that matter) edit posts to submit for review? I’m developing a site with lots of content and I want to allow other people at my company to edit the posts (actually, custom posts types, but I don’t think it matters), and submit them for review without actually making changes until I approve them. Is there an easy way to do this? I read http://wordpress.org/support/topic/contributor-should-be-able-to-edit-posts-and-re-submit-to-review?replies=8 and installed the plugin but this didn’t seem to work, just lets you edit and then publish or return the post to draft status. I want the current version of the post to remain published, then to switch to the submitted version after I approve it.
Thanks in advance!
