Support » Fixing WordPress » Allowing column to change width depending wndow width

  • Hey all

I was wondering if there was a way to define the width of my content/narrow column based on the size of the window. I only want the one column to change between two sizes as the window width is altered so there isn’t as much empty space on wide-screen monitors. The sub-content wrapper contains 3 columns.

Content – the one I want to change depending on the window width
    Sidebar-left – 200px
    Sidebar-right – 165px

If I put 100% it takes up the whole screen and moves the sidebars down beneath it. I want them to stay on the same level as the content box, I just want to have it become wider if possible to fill up the space.

    My website is:

I’m not able to change the theme either so unfortunately picking a fluid theme is out.

If anyone has advice on how this is best done it would be heaps appreciated.

    Thanks in advance:)
