Allow Users To Submit The Article

Hi, I am working on a website, where I want the user to click on a link “Submit Your Article”, which takes them to a form where they can add Title, Content, Name, Email, etc. I dont want them to have a look at backend wp-admin. Just a form on frontend.

Is there any plugin available for the same, or do I have to create my own page for the same.

If I have to create a page of my own, can you tell me what fields I need to update in the database for the same. I also need to make sure that it is not posted till the time it is approved.
