Allow User to Submit Images as Post

Hello WordPress Community

After searching hours and hours,i decided to open a thread here,because i didt find any solution for my problem.

So,i have a picture blog like damnlol dot com. there i share funny images,but know i want my visitors to be able to submit photos too. But unfortunately,i couldnt find the solution.

I tried NExtgen plugin,user submitted posts plugin and much more..

So,my question, is there any plugin/theme or solution ,that my users can submit pics easily,and then it goes to posts draft,after i review it,press Publish button and it is on the site..
