Allow upload attachment option for non-logged in user

Hello,

Is it possible for normal users to upload attachments, without logging into the site?
In the plugin settings, i see that only few user roles were listed, like Moderator and Keymaster.

Is there a way to allow non-logged in users to upload attachments?
I hope its possible.
