Allow single characters for day and month

    Hey Phil,

    Great work on this plugin! I set it up on a site and in user testing, one item came up over and over: users were trying to enter their birthday with single characters (9/7/1980) and this plugin requires two, both in the HTML and in the validation.

    Not sure of your thoughts on this, but I thought I would bring it up a a potential UX issue to consider for your next release.

    Hi @michaelbourne,

    I think double digits are fairly common, but I have no issue giving it as an option in a future update to be as flexible as possible
